Foundations


A foundation is a concrete base, set by the Cemetery, from approximately three and 1/2 feet underground up to ground level, in the dimensions of a monument’s base. Foundations add stability and help prevent monument settling. Foundations are required for all upright monuments and must be approved by Northport Rural Cemetery.
